The winning credit card product was launched with contactless payment solution that aims to increase speed and convenience of usage of card holders in the wake of the pandemic. The credit card issuer also enabled customers to access the parent banks’ lifestyle apps to access credit limit, outstanding balance, billed and unbilled transactions. It also offers wide array of promotions to improve card usage of the customers. As a result, card usage volume saw double-digit growth while card activation rate stood at almost 80% in 2021. It also increased its market share by 28% year-on-year.
