The Best ATM and Kiosks Implementation - RCBC

The winning bank developed an ATM and kiosk implementation that optimised operational costs in handling cash and other automated transactional activities, delivered in a safe and secure environment. The bank introduced quick response (QR) withdrawal that enables cardholders to withdraw cash through the use of QR code from mobile phone. The implementation addressed the loss of confidence of cardholders to use ATM as cashpoint in the wake of the pandemic. The implementation is also highly scalable, as it can be offered to other industries that use digital money and needs a cash point for withdrawal.  As a result, 93% of the QR market share in the country came from the bank. The Best ATM and Kiosks Implementation is awarded to RCBC.
