E.SUN Bank boosts user experience with four new digital platforms, achieving 10% increase in homepage dwell time and 25% reduction in bounce rate
E.SUN Bank established four new digital platforms in support of its digital strategy to simplify digital channels and user experience, becoming the first bank in Taiwan using micro-frontend architecture in mobile/internet banking. The bank redesigned over 1,100 pages for consistency across devices. This led to a 10% increase in homepage dwell time, a 25% reduction in bounce rate, and significant growth in cross-sell rates. For its innovative design and improved user experience, the award for Best Customer Experience Initiative in Taiwan goes to E.SUN Bank’s ‘5A Digital Customer Strategy’.
