The winning bank introduced a digital avatar that matches the behavior of young customers. The bank uses it to interact with them on social media platforms like Bilibili, the largest youth online community in China.
In 2023, the winning bank will be in the metaverse adding new experiences. This will provide customers real time interactive experience with the bank to explore their new banking products.
As a result of this campaign, the bank attracted more than one million fans and issued more than 200,000 savings cards. Through this initiative, it generated total amount of loans exceeding $2.5billion.
