Best Retail Bank in India goes to ICICI

The winning bank’s strategy was led by a 360º customer-centric approach which aims to serve customers seamlessly across ecosystems, customer segments and micromarkets while fostering a strong risk and compliance culture.

The bank has undertaken various initiatives to scale the franchise in terms of capacity, capability, empowerment and deepening its presence in various business segments.

It grew its retail revenue by 8% and loan portfolio was expanded by 21% year-on-year driven by domestic advances and healthy growth across retail, SME, and business banking portfolios. For its effective customer approaches and robust business performance, the award for the Best Retail Bank in India goes to ICICI.
