Best Frictionless Customer Experience Initiative is YouTrip from Kasikornbank

  • The winning bank collaborated with a leading multi-currency mobile wallet provider from Singapore, You Technologies Group, to integrate its money-changing and payment experience into a mobile global wallet. This wallet supports 10 currency pairs and allows switching to other currencies when making payments at no extra cost. It is the first bank in Thailand to implement such an initiative. 
  • Users can top up the wallet anytime, anywhere by switching between their mobile banking app and wallet. The authentication feature of the mobile banking app enabled mobile wallet customers to be onboarded quickly and seamlessly in less than three minutes.
  • The number of new users of the mobile wallet has grown sevenfold since travel resumed at the beginning of 2022. 
  • For its revamped user experience in forex, end-to-end payment design and high acceptance by customers, the Best Frictionless Customer Experience Initiative is YouTrip from Kasikornbank.
