As the Chief Transformation Officer at the Central Bank of the UAE, Caselberg played a pivotal role in spearheading comprehensive transformation initiatives. Caselberg's focus encompassed business analysis, enterprise architecture, strategy management, change leadership, and quality excellence. His passionate commitment lies in the Central Bank Transformation (CBT), ensuring CBUAE's adaptability in a dynamic financial landscape. He oversees the transformation of Supervisory Technology (SupTech) and Enterprise Data Management (EDM), emphasizing process reengineering, automation, and the integration of AI across operations to enhance customer experiences. Collaboratively, through the FIT program, which includes ERP, CBDC, Innovation Hub, Open Finance, eKC, SME Funding, Card Domestic Scheme, and operational excellence, he is steadfast in shaping CBUAE's future as a global central bank and a pioneer in financial innovation and excellence.

Before joining the Central Bank of the UAE, Caselberg worked across various global regions, including Europe, MENA, Americas, and APAC. Caselberg held key positions in organizations such as Mastercard, Visa, and NHS.
