His extensive international banking experience guides the bank as it empowers the peope of Hong Kong to grow and unlock possibilities through digital and ersonalized banking. Barbaros is a proven leader with over 24 years of banking experience, spanning business management and strategy, marketing, product development, and digital transformation. He joins Mox with a solid international track record in leading digital banks towards sustainable profitability.

Before joining Mox, Barbaros held senior leadership positions at ING Bank Austria, ING Bank Turkey, and Garanti Bank BBVA, where he led their respective digital initiatives. As the CEO of ING Bank Austria, he transformed the bank from one focused on savings, into a full-service digital bank. At ING Bank Turkey, he transformed and digitalised the retail business and grew its profit base. He further established a full-service digital bank at Garanti Bank BBVA to expand its customer base exponentially.

Nguyen Ngoc Nhu Uyen
Executive Vice President, Digital Banking and Data Analytics, Asia Commercial Bank

Nguyen Ngoc Nhu Uyen is the executive vice president of Asia Commercial Bank (ACB). She is in charge of digital banking and data analytics as well as investment and investor relations. She joined ACB in April 2015 as investment director and was appointed executive vice president in January 2018. She also serves as board member of ACB Securities Company (ACBS) and chairs ACBS' investment committee. Uyen has over 20 years of experience in investment and banking. She started her career in 2001 as business consultancy specialist at Arthur Andersen, which later merged with KPMG Vietnam. In 2004, she moved into private equity and held management positions at Mekong Capital (2004-2006) and Dragon Capital (2008-2014).

Pham Chau Loan
Deputy Head of Digital Channel and Partnership Development Department, Vietcombank

Ms. Pham Chau Loan is currently Deputy Head of Digital Channel and Partnership Development Department at Vietcombank. She has 18 years of experience in banking and finance sector. She has participated in a number of big and fundamental projects to transform the bank's technology platform and system such as core banking upgrade project, digital platform development and transformation projects for individual as well as institutional customers.

Foo Boon Ping
President and Managing Editor, The Asian Banker

Foo Boon Ping manages The Asian Banker’s publishing and research business in Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Africa. He regularly engages the financial services community on transformational issues shaping the industry; speaking at and chairing many of the Asian Banker’s as well as partners’ events. He has more than 25 years' experience in strategic brand management, corporate & marketing communication and research & consulting, covering: retail, corporate and transaction banking, financial markets, risk management, compliance and financial technology. He had previously served in senior management positions at UOB and DBS Bank. He was also formerly a senior consulting manager at Ernst and Young and started his career as a financial journalist.
