Maya's 1-2-3 Grow Bundle Program, launched in July 2023, was recognised for its integrated approach to SME banking, offering payments, business deposits, and unsecured loans up to PHP 2 million ($35, 534) within three months of use. The program led to a 35% increase in merchant sign-ups and a 124% reduction in customer acquisition cost, making digital banking more accessible to SMEs, especially those from outside of Metro Manila that make up 70% of borrowers.
