Cathay United Bank boosts insurance applications tenfold and grows customer base by 25% with new mobile app section

Cathay United Bank's mobile app added an insurance section to simplify policy applications. This led to a tenfold increase in application volume and a 25% growth in shared customer base. By June 2024, the app had 7.4 million registered users with high engagement rates. For its enhanced customer experience and role in acquisition, the award for Best Mobile Banking Service in Taiwan goes to Cathay United Bank’s ‘CUBE App’.
