Best Retail Payments Technology Implementation goes to Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation (OCBC)

The winning Bank implemented regional payment integrations including Alipay+ and UnionPay through its digital app, QRIS in Indonesia, PayNowDuitnow in Malaysia and PromptPay QR and PayNow integration in Thailand, significantly enhancing cross-border payment capabilities. It enabled low-value digital payments with acceptance points across 47 countries, resulting in 22 times increase in cross-border transactions and significant increase in value of payments.  

For these significant payment integrations, the award for Best Retail Payments Technology Implementation goes to Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation (OCBC).
