The winning initiative stands out for its AI-driven approach to customer engagement. With 25 million mobile superapp users and over 100 machine learning models, the bank achieved a 10% increase in monthly transactions per user and 1.2x improvement in credit card take-up. Micro-segmentation and real-time offers, customer engagement and QR transactions rose by 30%.
