The winning bank implemented a new origination system for retail loans in Bahrain and Egypt that integrated five systems and simplified the approval process. It enabled instant approval through data driven decisioning and automated integration with the credit bureau. 

This system reduced manpower requirement by over 30%. The number of new applications also doubled this year with 60% growth in loan value.
