Best Employee Engagement Programme is awarded to Bahrain Development Bank (BDB)

Under its strategic pillar People & Culture, BDB achieved a notable increase in its Employee Engagement score from 4.02 in 2022 to 4.20 in 2023. The Lumofy online learning platform played a key role, with an 83% active user rate over a three-month period, even during the summer. For its effective engagement initiatives, including culture transformation, comprehensive training, and streamlined organisational structures, the Best Employee Engagement Programme is awarded to Bahrain Development Bank (BDB).
