The winning credit card has shown impressive figures, averaging 2,666 cards issued monthly, a total of 24,006 card issued from October 2022 to June 2023. It accounted for 23% of all new customers acquired by the bank during this period.

The card contributed 3.4% to the bank’s total credit card billing, even though it represented only 2.1% of the bank’s entire card base.

This credit card from the winning bank has introduced notable innovations tailored for lifestyle-focused consumers. With a special emphasis on travel-related benefits and an integrated chatbot service, a commendable 42% of its credit card users use the chatbot for their daily transactions.
