Kasikorn Leasing transforms automobile financing with strategic partnerships

KLeasing strengthened its car financing in Thailand with the launch of K EV Shop and Digital Self-Service platforms. These platforms facilitated a seamless car-buying experience, offering instant loan approvals and integration with leading electric vehicle brands through comprehensive financial campaigns. Notably, the K EV Shop initiative, launched in October 2023, enabled customers to explore and compare all available EV models, culminating in confident purchasing decisions. Coupled with the digital self-service feature introduced in January 2023, which integrates e-KYC and instant credit scoring functionalities, the initiative streamlined the financing process. These advancements led to a 16% year-on-year growth in car loans and a notable reduction in customer attrition to 7% by the end of 2023.
