Best API Initiative goes to Hang Seng Bank for its ‘API via DDI solution’

This API initiative offered to an educational organisation constitutes API Transaction Enquiries, Account Balance Enquiry, and Collection Initiation. The institution had a requirement of an efficient digital platform to handle massive collection and payment transactions that hit its account as well as track the status.  

Implemented through the bank’s delivery channel, the solution was the first API via DDI solution offered in the education industry. The bank fulfilled the client’s needs through the initiation of bulk connection, real-time monitoring of transaction status, and efficient payment processing, and enhanced the customers’ working capital flow.
