The book, “The Great Transition – the personalization of finance is here” by Emmanuel Daniel was originally launched in New York on 20 October 2022, hosted by former congressman Barney Frank and top US bank analyst Ron Shevlin. The book was well received in the US with many positive ratings. It also speaks to many of the current developments in the US and global financial services industry.

Emmanuel Daniel, Barney Frank and Alex Manson, chief executive of SC Ventures will be hosting a Singapore launch and discussion of the ideas in this book on 14 April 2023 for a select group of senior bankers, regulators, fintech founders, investors and analysts to discuss a wide spectrum of issues facing the future of finance today.

The book outlines the transition that the finance industry is making from traditional banking into what Emmanuel calls “the personalization of finance”, where the individual will assert more control and ownership of his or her transactions over the institution.
