Our Scope of Coverage

The first thing to be said about our scope is that we benchmark globally. We identify emerging best practices from any part of the world that is relevant to our subscribers and members.

We constantly interview leading players in the US, Europe, Latin America, Africa and the Asia Pacific region in an impartial manner. We do not make any assumption that all best practices come only from any part of the world. Competition and unique conditions gives rise to best practices that are applicable to other regions if contextualised appropriately, and this is what we set out to do in this programme.

This allows our subscribers to not only to benchmark themselves with domestic peers and regional best practice, but also from banks outside their immediate jurisdiction.
