Bank of Taiwan’s Shanghai branch will handle Taiwan dollar clearing in China. Bangkok Bank opened a representative office in Yangon, Myanmar. BNP Paribas Malaysia partnered with Global University of Islamic Finance to launch an Islamic wealth management centre. JS Bank will acquire HSBC Pakistan. Reserve Bank of Australia governor Glenn Stevens will be called to testify on charges of corruption within the organisation's subsidiaries.
