• The contract for this subscription is between the person paying for the subscription or the person or institution that the subscriber assigns this subscription to.
• The subscription will run for the duration of its period either for the benefit of the subscriber or the person or institution that the subscriber assigns to,
• Subscription only commences upon payment of the full sum due for the subscription. In the event of subscriptions made manually through an invoicing process, the subscription can only commence upon receipt of full payment, upon which a password will be assigned.
• Proof of payment is not payment until actual payment is received.
• All personal data and information on the subscriber will be kept strictly confidential.
• Subscribers are allowed to end the subscription in the first month upon commencement of the subscription, upon which a refund will be made either through a credit note or a repayment.
• There is no provision for a refund for subscriptions after one month because of the value that would have already been derived from access to this rich programme.
